produced fresh beef from paddock to plate and other meats to
Queenslanders since 1962. We supply over 1900 orders a week,
and offer free delivery within Cairns and surrounding areas. We
specialise in providing very large orders to our clients in Cairns and
also the Cape York Region.
Our aim is to stock a complete range of popular meats and groceries
including our distinguished locally produced and sourced Premium
Tableland Branded Beef from our own stations in the Cape York. We
also stock poultry, gulf caught fish, small goods and our exotic lines
such as kangaroo & crocodile with delivery to the local restaurants,
hotels and to the many families of the Far North Queensland.

CHICKEN
Our winning poultry products are specifically sourced locally from the Steggles factory in Mareeba and are freshly boned daily to our customers requirements.
PORK
Most of our prestige pork is locally sourced from the Atherton Tablelands from local producers as we like to support all locally owned family businesses.
SMALL GOODS
Some of our most popular products are German Bratwurst, Chorizo, Kransky, Continental Franks & our Locally Smoked Leg Hams.

Tableland Product
The Byrnes Family purchased their first Butcher Shop in 1960, this
was located on the Atherton Tablelands, in the picturesque town of
Atherton. To further enhance this retail outlet, a slaughter yard was
purchased at Tolga, also on the Tablelands, in 1962.
The Abattoir is Australian Meat Accredited, certificate dated the 16th of March 1989, with all the Abattoir employees, having obtained full accreditation with Aus- Meat and currently is licensed to kill up to 150 Head of Cattle a day. It is through this facility that all cattle purchased are slaughtered, before being sent to the factory at Manunda.
They also handle a variety of small stock, including pigs, sheep, etc.
